About the Event
This year, Family First Legal Group is a Family Friendly Business Award winner and will be honored at the Family Friendly Business Awards Luncheon on Tuesday, October 22, at the Hilton Naples. Networking will take place from 11 a.m. to noon and awards will be presented from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The keynote address will be provided by the president of Florida Gulf Coast University, Michael V. Martin, Ph.D. A plated lunch will be served, and a raffle is included with the event. All members of the community are welcome to join us. Tickets are $50 and available here.

For the past 20 years, the Family Friendly Business Awards program has acknowledged local businesses that truly put families first. These companies have workplace policies and programs in place to assist employees as they raise their children. Health benefits, maternity leave, and flex time help big and small business alike earn the loyalty of their employees and promote family values within the community.
Awards are determined by a point system that considers all efforts an employer makes to support employees and their families. They are only presented to the four companies that show the strongest commitment to family friendly practices and are divided by business type.
