About

Meet Kristin

Kristin is originally from Indiana but moved to sunny Naples, Florida in 1985.

Kristin’s passion for Family Law developed while she earned her Associate Degree in 2009. She officially began her legal career in 2014 and in 2020 she became a Florida Registered Paralegal through the Florida Bar.

Kristin married her husband in 2005 while they both went through their own paternity cases. Kristin’s personal experience helps her relate to clients while providing compassion, understanding and patience during their delicate family transitions.

Kristin is a proud mother of 5 wonderful children. Skyler and Jaime (her bonus son) are only 3 months apart in age and are the "OGs" or "The Boys". These two are not just stepbrothers they are friends with an incredibly strong bond that helped them through the challenges and family blending that paternity cases often bring. She also has three children with her husband, Destiny, Kenny and Lillianna. They are all unique and there is never a dull moment. Each child keeps her on her toes and always makes her laugh!

When Kristin is not working you can find her always spending time with family, reading and looking for new recipes or trying new foods!
