The 4-Day Advantage

Your core work week runs Monday through Thursday. We encourage focused work during this time so you can truly own your schedule and enjoy a longer weekend.

However, we understand that projects sometimes need a little TLC to ensure a smooth start to the next week. That's where "Flow Friday" comes in:

  • No Office Requirement: You are not required to report to the office on Friday.
  • Work at Your Pace: You may need to allocate some time—even just an hour or two—on Friday for tasks in order to meet deadlines, handle urgent communications, or prep for Monday.
  • Own Your Time: This work is completed on your own schedule. Whether it's 7 AM or 7 PM, we trust you to manage your time and ensure your responsibilities are covered without being "chained to a desk."

This system is built for high performers who are great at time management and value autonomy. If you can consistently deliver excellent work without constant supervision and are excited by the prospect of a mostly free Friday, we encourage you to apply!

What You'll Bring to the Team

We're looking for a full-time Paralegal with at least one year of dedicated Florida Family Law experience. While a paralegal certificate is not required, success in this role demands strong administrative and technical proficiency.

You must be highly comfortable in a fully electronic, paperless environment, demonstrating mastery of:

  • Cloud-based tools like Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
  • Document management using Microsoft Word/Excel and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • E-filing and case research via county judicial websites

This position requires excellent communication, superior organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail. We rely on team members who demonstrate independence, dependability, and teamwork to drive results.

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package that recognizes your expertise. The typical salary range for this position is $45,000 to $60,000, with additional bonuses and incentives. Final pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and training.
