Family First Legal Group, with offices in beautiful North Naples, FL and Cape Coral, FL, seeks a full-time Associate Attorney for growing and fast-paced Family Law Practice. This Associate Attorney must be licensed to practice law in Florida and have 1+ years' experience in marital and family law matters. The firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package. In addition, some remote work-at-home flexibility is also offered.

The ideal candidate will have a positive mindset and be hard-working, self-motivated, demonstrate a professional demeanor and a passion for the practice of family law. Must also have trial experience and the ability to manage multiple cases with conflicting deadlines and time pressures. Responsibilities will include all aspects of a client’s case, including communicating with clients, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing for and attendance at hearings, mediations, conferences, and trials.
